The sliding panel was difficult to remove, and the rear "buttons" meant to release the case didn’t function properly. Additionally, the drive caddies were a bit deformed. Also, some of the reference images in the listing showed cables that weren’t actually included. Despite these issues, the item is overall a good product and works as intended.
