It's rare to find such responsive and customer focused service these days. I won't hesitate to buy from this seller again based on their integrity and commitment.

When you're talking on the phone you cannot hear the other person or anything on the other side like the audio hardware inside the phone is not working but if you put it on loudspeaker you can hear everything. Bluetooth connectivity does work also. Can't have private conversation if you can only talk with loudspeaker. I already noticed the phone is refurbished so title is incorrect advertisement. Requested return and refund but still have not got any response.
