- *****- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證I ordered an "UNLOCKED" phone but received a smartphone with the carrier T-MOBILE on it. They are NOT my carrier. Therefore, I was "LOCKED OUT" of my carrier until I resolved it myself taking 2 days and much carrier support from T-MOBILE and AT&T/PURETALK to resolve this. A phone should not be able to be "ADVERTISED" for sale as "UNLOCKED" if it has a carrier already set up on it giving the buyer only 2 choices. Though when I turned on the phone there was very noticeable screen burn. Despite being advertised as 'brand new' the phone was clearly not brand new. Would be happier if the phones were just sold as refurbished. If you're purchasing from a store like this just know what you're getting into. Wish people would leave honest reviews rather than accepting cheap bribes.
