Therefore, I was "LOCKED OUT" of my carrier until I resolved it myself taking 2 days and much carrier support from T-MOBILE and AT&T/PURETALK to resolve this. A phone should not be able to be "ADVERTISED" for sale as "UNLOCKED" if it has a carrier already set up on it giving the buyer only 2 choices. The phone was new and sealed like the description stated, was well packed, and it arrived in undamaged condition. I thought the price paid to be a bargain considering the quality of the device and the original manufacturer list price. The seller communicated clearly after the order and updated me on order processing and shipping. Very pleased with this purchase and with this seller.
