I contacted them again today 9th July, at this rate I don’t think my issue will be resolved!! Our listings clearly state a 30-day return or exchange period, and no concerns were raised during that time. We always aim for quality and customer satisfaction, but it's not reasonable to expect a resolution so long after the purchase.
