The plastic screw underneath the urn that’s meant to open it, has the diameter of a quarter, and seems to be fitted properly so that nothing escapes it. The urn appears new, and seems to be worth the purchase. Thank you!

I initially ordered a large urn and then there was an unexpected situation with her ashes. Thankfully, I did receive a small amount. I obviously did not need a 10” urn and didn’t know if I would even need one anymore. The seller was so kind and patient. They cancelled my order and when I found out I would have some ashes I placed another order for a 3” urn. I am very pleased with everything.
