I gave the seller my measures, the dress came bigger than asked, so I decided to return, opened a return request and then decided to close because I thought i could have the dress tailored (it ended up being more expensive than the dress). Closing my return was my mistake but Ebay told me that only the seller could reopen the request. Seller refused to accept my return when they assured me I had 30 days to return.
