I questioned the seller about this detail being missing in the description and he just didnt know about that issue. He kindly offed a return or partial refund. My choice was to take the refund and continue trying to contact the manufactures repair department. The manufacturers robot phone has yet to get me to the repair department. This choice bares nothing bad to seller.
