USPS completely dropped the ball on this shipment. They sent it around the country for two weeks, in and out of Jacksonville Florida hub several times. When it was finally delivered there was a tear on the back of the mailer and the coins were lost or stolen. I showed pictures to the seller. He immediately refunded my money. On his integrity alone I would recommend him as a seller. This was the 1st time this has happened to me and I feel bad for the seller, but I believe he can recover his loss from the postal service.
