I contacted the seller (who offered a return) . After a long exchange, he/she finally granted and provided the return labels. The return label was erroneous. I communicated again, and he insisted that it is the correct one. It was not. I have to pay extra postage. Finally, when the return was received, he only provided half of the refund.
