Messaged seller with photo and requested partial (not full) refund, because I thought I could glue it and felt a partial refund was fair. No response. Sent another message a few days later. He responded and said, “sorry the carrier did not handle with care,” but he wasn’t going to refund anything. Seller has no concept of customer service or eBay policy.
