You know why, it is because they broke. I was honest with this individual instead of shipping them anyways and blaming USPS and while I understand they are disappointed sometimes it just is what it is. I refunded them immediately and sent a message to let them know what happened instead of just cancelling and not bothering. Not sure what else I could of done.
