I contacted the seller and provided pictures. They immediately sent me a replacement product that was in new condition. I've installed it and it dispenses both crushed and cubed ice perfectly so far. I previously had tried a cheap off-brand model, but it constantly jammed on dispensing ice. I went with 4 stars on shipping due to the originally shipped bad item.
