This item would retail for over £1000 more officially, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this device includes one year of AppleCare+! The seller remained respectful and cooperative throughout, even going as far as facilitating the process of my purchase. I highly recommend this seller.

(To be fair, they did state 10 days in the dispatch time, but it’s easily missed unlike when sellers use the time away feature which is much clearer). I asked the seller for a refund, to which they agreed to over several email replies spanning several days. Nearly 10 days and later and they still haven’t initiated the process? I just don’t what’s taking so long when they are clearly active on the app. Frustrating.
