    The quality of the drawer is great! Promise of "3 Day Shipping" is deceptive. We received the item 8 days after the order, and their defense is "3 day shipping" means something other than the customer receiving the item within three shipping days, like normal vendors mean. They should remove that from the ad and just state estimated day of arrival.

    The item itself is GREAT!! One of the best drawers on the market especially for this price! My problem is the deception regarding "free 3 day shipping. That means the customer gets it within three shipping days, but to THIS vender, it means if they happen to get around to shipping it within 3 days, you'll get it whenever....... I've got an email trail of them fighting me on this, and that's their defense. "That means we will ship it somewhere within three days." DO BETTER or remove that!
