The seller responded in a wildly aggressive manner and one that was incredibly defensive and hostile. I have never encountered anything even close to this ever on eBay before and am almost shell shocked. What happened was buyer had wrong expectations to receive a “SEAL” that was not included in original listing. She opened “Not as described” case, wanted a refund without returning it. We responded in a respectful manner, explained it has no seal, but it’s 100% new & in original condition. Photos from original listing were attached to show no seal included. We are more than gladly to accept return but we believe seller’s not at fault in such case.
