As a collector of items related to the game Battlefield 1, I wanted to display the box, but it arrived in a condition as if it had been trampled by elephants. Does the seller really not have a few cents to pack an item worth dozens of euros in proper packaging that can survive a trip halfway across the world? The company in charge of sending it to Europe was in charge of protecting it correctly. It is not my fault that this happened to you, but please understand that my final shipment was in the USA and I had no idea that this product was going to Europe, PLEASE reconsider removing the negative feedback since it is not my fault and it is affecting my sales. thank you
