They immediately tried to help and we concluded the mod was faulty. Without hesitation, they shipped me a replacement and all is perfect now. The cust service was second to none and there aren't enough stars to give. All sellers should strive to be this good. I would absolutely buy from them again and would not hesitate to give a full recommendation for potential buyers
