HOWEVER, the problem was handled wonderfully by the seller who tried to correct things right away. The item itself was as described/pictured, and packed well as had been requested. The problem appears to have been caused by handling by the USPS. The seller deserves a lot of credit for acting appropriately and swiftly to resolve my concerns.
