Shipping did take a while but they are located in Japan so it could take a while, the team communicated really well and answered any questions I had. Box was bubble wrapped and came in PERFECT condition with no dents to be seen, and all the runners are intact. This kit will be a great build and its gonna look so good after im done, super excited!! Would buy again!!
