At some point I had 3 trackings with one of them back to the sender but with my name? 1 item arrived rather quick , covered only in plastic wrapping. The other arrived nearly a week later in a cardboad box and plastic wrapping. Occasionally, orders are split in transit or relabelled by the courier, which can cause confusing tracking updates. The listings clearly show photographs of the specific item, not generic stock images. The descriptions of condition are scrupulously honest, almost detrimentally so but it means I'm never disappointed with what I receive. Despatch is always prompt. Machines are adequately packed and they use Royal Mail which, for where I live, means delivery is reliable.
