The seller packed it carefully, but someone deliberately unpacked someone else's shipment and then carelessly repackaged it and the stone didn't survive. The seller immediately offered compensation - he didn't have to, he couldn't be responsible for someone else's damage. We agreed. This is how I imagine a good seller👍
