Seller did not communicate at all contacted them four times about the issue with this top. There are no tags. I don’t think its a Dylan and there are loose threads on the bottom. I tried to work it out with the seller and again no response. Very disappointing.

I contacted Seller and was told that the holding power is based on the thickness of the metal the hanger is attaching to. This is not stated in the description and also how is it possible to know what the thickness of a metal wall is???? Do not recommend this product.
