The package included European chargers instead of USA chargers, but the seller kindly and professionally resolved the issue. We had good communication. Overall, I m pleased with the purchase and appreciate the seller s efforts to make me feel happy.

It came with what I think is a European electrical charger though. The phone itself is defective: the alerts slider doesn't work so there is no way to turn the ringer on. The phone also keeps giving an error message when I try to install any updates. It's kind of slow and kept nearly overheating while doing the initial setup.

UNLOCKING BRINGS UP GREY SCREEN AND NEEDS 5 RETRIES TO UNLOCK PHONE. DEVICE OVERHEATS EVEN AT POWER SAVING MODES. OTHER TIMES THE SCREEN SPLITS IN MANY OUTPOSITIONED RECTANGLES AND TURNS PINK. OR IT DOES NOT RESPOND AT CERTAIN AREAS UNLESS YOU RESTART THE DEVICE. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE BATTERY GETS DRAINED FROM SAY 90% TO 30% WHEN DEVICE IS NOT USED (SCREEN OFF, NOT MUCH APP ACTIVITY). COMPENSATION?

Screen would shake and wouldn't go dim causing the phone to get hot while it was in her pocket. I have tried contacting the seller. They still have not replied to my emails for 4 days now.
