Buyer was unable to use the synth, upon return it worked exactly as described - buyer was upset and defensive when we asked for videos. This synth was on display in our shop where many people played - still working perfectly now. Sellers response brushes over the function of the ppc buttons. I'm an engineer in a Manchester studio, I know about equipment functionality and maintenance etc. It's such a clichéd response, the expert card, buyer was unable to understand etc, typical view of shop assistant 'experts' who just sell things.
