Despite my warning that i was expecting a new authentic phone, i was sent a refurb which had following faults 1. The back panel was not completely sealed to the housing which means the covers could have been changed 2. The Sim tray did not have a rubber seal 3. The front camera was visibly misaligned with the screen-may have been replaced 4. proximity sensor did not work-didn't pass the Samsung Members app test I RETURNED IT FOR A REFUND
