Paid over $300 for this stuffed animal because it was unopened & complete with passport. seller was DISHONEST & will not work with me. Offered a $30 refund or return only. Waited 3 wks to receive for my daughters birthday with no time left to return & buy another. They were deceptive not only in the description but used a deceptive photo. Should be banned from eBay

To date, it doesn't seem they were able to recover the item from the other patron. However, the vendor was sure to follow up with me about this, and issued me a full refund. I believe it was an honest mistake, but I am still disappointed to be short a unique collectible!
