The time it took for delivery was far in excess of what it should have been and therefore it did not arrive until after the event. When I requested a returns label the seller requested I close the claim and started a refund through ebay which would mean that I paid the postage for sommething that was incorrectly described. You had to close the "item not received case" the item had arrived. It you require an item for a specific date in future I would suggest asking for the seller to charge you for a guaranteed service such as special delivery which they wouldn't provide free
