Details are nice. 3-D parts are nice, but there are a lot of supports to remove and there might be some residue from the curing. Overall: Great model. Need to work on packaging. I have no control over their business practices.. I'm just a retailer. The same is true with all the other model companies. Whether it is Revell or Dragon, the retailer is subject to their whims.
