It was a challenge to get the Matebook X Pro to fully charge the battery for testing because of 'battery saver' settings built into PC Manager (even when disabled, it would not charge past 90%). Battery capacity now showing that it is at design standards after two days of monitoring, updating system bios, resetting bios to factory default, power cycling O/S.

I had to peel off the film, release both batteries and tranplant them into the frame frome the original one. This item is disassamblable relatively easy but: ======be extremely careful with the original one as you can't deal with adhesive without not bending the battery====. As far as I'm aware, one can't find any option battery than this one. Arrived in the UK faster than promised in a fairly sturdy box.
