I have not tried playing the DVDs yet as they are still in the mail but I have tried North American region DVDs and they work perfectly. The condition is new and is pristine. The packaging was robust and there was no problem with delivery. I believe I got good value for my money and the machine looks great!

No instructions on how to switch between Blu-ray disc regions, so at first I thought something must’ve been wrong with my unit, but after a quick message to which the seller replied very fast, I learned the necessary key strokes in the remote to select the correct region before inserting the disc.
