I offered to take the psa 8 at a discounted price (i.e. a partial refund) which was agreed, but instead I was taken down a road of having to make the purchase of a ps8 separately, and then ask for a refund of the BGS9. This meant I paid extra and then had to send a fake return to the vendor (in the US) to reclaim my refund. When I offered to do a settlement through paypal I received no communication. Overall quite disappointing given the cost
