Was able to figure out what went where. Delivery courier wasn't great communication from Yodel shambolic. They allegedly tried to deliver before estimated date, then options for tracking and rearranging delivery were limited. When I raised this as a complaint, they offered me a refund of £10.00. I said that this was not acceptable to me, and they then speedily refunded the full £44.45. I would not recommend this supplier, but the eventual full refund was speedy, so that is to their credit.

The covers I received are of excellent quality — well-made and exactly as described. There was an issue with the size — which was actually my own mistake — yet they still offered a full refund without asking me to return the item. That level of generosity and understanding is rare.
