Sadly the rest of the buying experience was less successful! Messages on ebay AND on the mobile phone number given, failed to elicit any response at all. Interestingly, after I left a message on the mobile, the frames were marked as despatched that afternoon even though I'd paid for them a week earlier... 10 days, with no communication/explanation isn't really acceptable. POOR!
