A good amount of bubble wrap and other protective wraps were used to make sure the item wouldn't be damaged. The seller was very helpful when I had used the wrong shipping address and was able to fix it. It's definitely worth every penny I spent on it. It looks great too just like the show!. It is the real bandai one so it has amazing Quality.

Packaging was secure and there was minimal wear on the box, although I could tell that the box had been unsealed and then resealed by the seller. As I was planning to open the toy anyways, I did not mind, but the item should have been listed as used rather than new. I was pleased that the toy itself was in pristine condition and the batteries were included and untouched. Overall, good experience. Thank you.
