Après avoir contacter le service a la clientèle et fait quelques test, on m'a envoyer une nouvelle batterie. Après l'installation, mon ordinateur fonctionnait mais la batterie ne voulais toujours pas recharger. Elle est probablement incompatible avec mon laptop. J'ai reçu un remboursement total des frais rapidement sans avoir a retourné les 2 batterie. Excellent service !!!!

I contacted the seller, and they offered to send me a replacement for the defective one (obviously after proving that the battery they sent me didn't work). They sent me the new battery, and it's working perfectly.Thanks!
