Although the product had some defects, the seller actively communicated and tried to resolve the issues. Ultimately, the seller and I reached a mutually acceptable agreement. Everything went very well.

Note that I did contact the seller multiple times to request a No Signature Required. However, I did not receive a reply and had to sign for the delivery. No big deal, just saying. Made several what I thought to be fair offers, and all were refused and paid asking price. Again, no big deal. Thank you for the product.
