Order No. 12-12597-93008 arrived badly damaged although no damage to any of the packaging. Sent complaint back through ebay and got the response "only send the damaged part back ". WTF ! You buy a new car and it arrives with a damaged front end, you don't take the damaged bit off and send it back, the whole lot goes back. Will not be using either ebay or MSP ever again. I want a refund
