The product itself was in new condition and it was a good value. The problem with the product is that it's a very old machine, and so it was foolish of me to expect that the product was going to work properly (even if new, out of the box) after 30 some years of being manufactured. Anything one records is garbled, so the product doesn't really work and we can't use it. I can't fix it, sadly.
