- a***e (1403)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證Bought a 120 lt Panorama tank from Pets at Home. The original lights failed and surprise surprise they don’t sell replacements. So I replaced it with the fluval range. Seem to be getting about 3 years out of a light which I think is pretty good. The last light was a physical remote control. Looking forward to this app / Bluetooth version as once set up it should mimic a daily light cycle and not need touched again. Would recommend and the sit on the edge of the tank no alterations required.
- 1***h (2031)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證Takes a bit of playing about with settings and times on the app, but when it's sorted to your fishes requirements, or for your choices, from lightning, cloudy, daybreak, sunny days, night lights etc, so you can set 2 hours of lightning, or whatever you prefer for Tuesdays and Fridays. Like I say when you get used to it, it's fantastic powerful led and very economical .

Also, the box must have been really well handled in transit - of 50 fat balls only one suffered (minor) damage en route. The remainder were 100% intact. Oh, and the birds are happy eith them too!

DELIVERED in PERFECT condition. Filled in my warranty online for Fluval free offer, took a screenshot of my ebay order and within a minute alls well and sending me a free tub of Bug Bites worth £12.00.. Great Ebay Seller & Company

It didn’t seem as if appropriate packaging had been used. I contacted them about this and have had great communication from them where they offered a partial refund. As I had managed to scoop most of it up, this wasn’t necessary but I appreciated the offer and how well they communicated with me. I would definitely come back for my next supply 👏
