But does not detract from the quality of the device…. Don’t make my mistake, check with supplier if backlit keyboard is your preference

The delivery was excellent — it actually arrived on Saturday, even though it was due on Monday — and I couldn’t be happier. The condition was just as described, with only a few minor blemishes that aren’t an issue at all. The packaging was also five-star: securely sealed in airbag packaging, with the charger included in the box. Have even ordered new rubber feet lol.

Unfortunately the product arrived with a fault but following some basic troubleshooting seller was quick to send us a replacement unit. Replacement unit works well, arrived clean and apart from minor cosmetic blemishes on the cover (which were described on listing and expected) the item feels and works almost like brand new. Would definitely use this seller again in the future.
