    Never buy from this seller received a product that’s broken wanted me to pay for shipping to send back. Stopped all communication now I’m stuck with a broken machine worth over $400 so not fair never buy imported products and they don’t want to help solve the issue just stop replying to help you .

    Hello! We are very sorry that the customer received the damaged item. This is caused by violent transportation. As soon as the customer informed us, we immediately offered solutions, including compensation or sending a brand new machine. But the customer still wants to return it. We provided a return address and promised to bear the shipping cost. However, the customer has not returned the item and claims that we have not responded or resolved. This is not consistent with the actual situation.
