As a note it is a counterfeit copy of a Sandisk card made to look like a real one. So it is in the trash where it belongs, lesson learned.

I will not judge the seller as navigating the ever changing tariffs is a heavy burden for businesses. However, giving falls statements on an electronic platform with the intend to trick the buyer is wire fraud and that is a Federal Crime

I tested the drive and proved it was a fraud, so seller offered a 50% refund on a 100% FRAUD. Nope, don't buy from fraudsters!
