I'm not sure why you are leaving a negative review saying you expected the item to be delivered to you. When an order is cancelled, it is not possible for me to ship the order to you. I'm not sure if this is an attempted scam, or an oversight, but please check your orders carefully next time. As small sellers, this type of review can cause real loss.

I've also heard of new printers being purchased only to find the ink/toner has been removed and is being sold separately. This one was the real deal! Not only came complete with the included Canon ink (this model uses the bottle/reservoir set up) but actually came with three bottles of Black ink. I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!
