Upon receiving the land, I immediately noticed that the ring to adjust focal length on the zoom does not work. It turns but the focal length does not move. I can move the lens manually to zoom it but as soon as I let go, it slides down the tube. Contacted the seller three times got no response and now I’m asking for a return. I understand used, but I also understand excellent condition. I want a return.
