The incorrect toy was received on time and well packed and protected for the journey. I contacted the seller and received a response later that day offering me a sincere apology and explanation of how the error occurred. They also cancelled my order and sent me a full refund which I received the following day. Disappointed about the toy but can’t fault their customer service. Thanks

They always provide great communication from the start, fast and free delivery, and high-quality products. The CDs arrived in pristine condition and were extremely well-packaged (there has never been damage on arrival). They've got a fantastic range at highly competitive prices. What more can I say? It is as described and I'm happy to have received this US-exclusive for a great price (especially considering the cost of shipping). I do not, however, fully understand why there was no tracking number given to me, as there actually was one from Asendia printed on the parcel. Although it seems to be very rudimentary, so that may be why. Thanks, would buy again.
