Honestly one of the worst ebayers I've dealt with in the over 20 years I've been on eBay. In the end, I did receive a partial refund that was not adequate but I really just got sick of dealing with the situation and gave up which, at the end of the day is probably exactly what this guy was hoping for. Highly unrecommended.
