We have tried 2 sets of new batteries and it still does not work. What can I do to get a refund and return this. Will have a disappointed granddaughter. Thank you. A Grant

Batteries were installed upside down. I contacted buyer who confirmed that batteries were incorrect and needed to be flipped. Worked perfectly afterwards, but my request to revise the feedback were never replied to.
