  The item was well wrapped and arrived safely. Unfortunately, the Yodel delivery person did not ring my doorbell but left my parcel on the window sill in the hallway by an open front door. On a positive note, the item was well wrapped and was exactly as described and is a very welcome addition to my collection. The seller kindly sent me an offer, so I believe it was good value for money. It is a shame that the excellent service from the seller is not matched by Yodel.

  Very pleased with my purchases from this seller. They are as described and fortunately well packaged. The only problem was with Yodel who were appalling and ended up throwing the (well packed!) box over the gate. It was damaged but my bears weren’t.

  I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. It is beautiful and arrived speedily in tip top condition. It was really well packed. I would definitely buy from this seller again and recommend them as the item was fairly priced. All in all a 5* plus service.
