We are a small Tucson-based company with only 9 employees split into two locations. We currently offer local repairs at our storefront for our Tucson-based customers and worldwide mail-in repair services at our repair center location. We currently offer around 600 different repair services for Samsung, LG, Vizio, Sharp, Sony, Panasonic, RCA, Emerson, Magnavox, and a few other brands, but are constantly expanding our services. As a young and smaller company, we are very flexible and able to adapt to different situations. We are always making improvements to our business, and aim to have premium quality repairs, customer service, and communication.

Sent oven control on 1/30/24 for repair. They received the control on 2/5/24. On 3/20/24 I still hadn't received the control. Called to follow up and the have "misplaced" the control. They have narrowed it down to 1 of 3 controls, but they are not sure which is mine. The want me to provide a receipt from the shipping company until the can move forward. I provided all shipping details including tracking number. They are holding the control hostage until I provide them with a shipping receipt.

We did not misplace the controller board. We have no proof of delivery to our business address. The tracking number says an item was delivered, but doesn't say to whom or what address.
We received several controller boards with no identification or proper contact info, no phone number or email. I can't just send you a random controller board, I need you to provide more information to make sure #1 I actually have yours, and #2 IF I have it I will send the correct one back to you.
